Job Description
- Establishes & Maintains financial records in accordance with accounting principles and Egyptian law.
- Oversees daily cash flow, for comparing with budget and analyzing of variations.
- Providing periodically financial reports and information to top management.
- Directs and manages financial programs & supporting information systems.
- Oversees the approvals of revenue expenditures documents.
- Directs and manages subordinates as well as mentoring and developing the team.
- Interact with external auditor as well as evaluating and communicating external audit findings to top management.
- Responsible for the execution of inventory process & inventory control cycle as well as coordinates yearly Inventory through the store keeper and inventory control accountant.
- Manage fixed assets records, yearly counting and controlling scraps.
- Manage all banks current accounts, time deposits, overdrafts and all finance facilities as well as financial lease.
- Manage & direct all taxes records & adjustments.
- Participate in preparing all financial rules and regulations.
- Manage & assist in developing ERP systems.
- Manage & direct health insurance financial contract.
- Oversees revenue collections, receivables, and students' financial status, number of student’s situation, all student’s financial petitions & complains and financial aid & scholarships.
- Manages & controls payroll.
- Oversees cost centers allocation and cost center reports.
- Oversees all foreign currency transactions and economic effects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Commerce, preferred MBA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant.
- Total of 12 to 15 years’ experience of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation, and 5 years at least as CFO or equivalent.
- ERP application related to finance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills plus excellent organization skills.
