Job Description

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Manage the recruitment and selection activities with a transparent process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program with approved budgets. Leads and conducts regular market researches in identifying and establishing a proper pay structure that will help in recruitment and retention of appropriate staff
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Manage, Guide and monitor the company Nationalization (Saudization) program and maintain legal requirements and governing rules and regulations
  • Maintain a close relationship with the company Government Relations department in processing visas, Iqamas, base passes, travel documents, and all other required licenses and approvals effectively and timely manner.
  • Adhere the governing Labor Laws, rules and regulations of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self-confidence and the ability to delegate responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Proven experience in dealing with various Government Institutions and other related authorities
  • BA/MBA in Human Resources is a plus
  • GCC experience is a plus
