Job Description
Purpose of Job :
- Transferring the project plan into execution plan and set regular checks to ensure progress according to plan and to allocate all the resources needed to accomplish the project.
- Responsible for the implementation of the project as per the agreed budget within the predetermined time frame and ensure that all the requirements / specifications in the contract are fulfilled as per the standards of quality of the company and to maintain profitability.
Duties And Responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule, direct, and control the progress in the construction activities functioning
- Report monthly the position of executive functioning business
- Monitor the workflow to ensure compliance with specifications agreed upon.
- Ensures compliance with site health and safety regulations and current safety policies in the company
- Follow-up implemented quantities and their impact on the schedules for projects
- Prepare the claims based on the terms of the contract
- Hold regular meetings with team members to enhance communication and ensure the sharing of the same objectives.
- Conduct regular performance assessment and competencies. Provide constructive
- Feedback to ensure continuous high achievers and take necessary action with low performance.
- Participate in selecting the needed engineers and technicians to work with collaboration with human resources department.
Job Requirements
Education:
- University degree – Engineering Bachelor
- PMP is a plus
Experience:
- Experience from 10 to 15 years in the same field
