Job Description

  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Taking dictations and documenting minutes of meetings.
  • Reviewing operating procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as work flow, reporting
    procedures, or expenditures.
  • Communicating and coordinating with all departments and with all management in respect of meetings to be set up and support with regards to necessary preparation for those meetings, e.g. monthly meeting, direct reports meetings.
  • Prepares various presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
  • Taking on some of the Director's responsibilities and working more closely with management.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in the same career (experience in industrial companies is a plus).
  • Excellent organization & project management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility in both the working hours & in dealing with the different situations.
  • Ambition & desire to grow both professionally & personally.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Very Good in working with numbers and figures
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Logistics is a plus.
  • Very good computer skills e.g Excel, Word...
  • Very time efficient, self-motivated, and organized.
