Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Prepare statistical reports.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Prepare agenda for meetings.
  • Take minutes in meeting
  • Takes and transcribes dictation.
  • Alert manager about cancellation or new meetings.
  • Helps prepare office budget.
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
  • Translate Arabic/English and vice versa
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
  • Greet and receive visitor.
  • Supervise cleanliness/office supplies & Welfare
  • Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies stationary, welfare

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and administrative Skills
