Job Description
- Carry out administrative work, including receiving the visitors of the company with the proper appearance and directing the services of customers and visitors to reflect a good image of the company while maintaining the confidentiality of information.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Handling customer communications to strengthen customer and employee relationships.
- Dealing with clients in a professional manner and directing them as it should.
- Commitment to maintaining a continuous Directs visitors by maintaining relevant employees.
- Ensure the validity of all internal and external lines and receive and send all outgoing and incoming faxes.
- Provide Assist for all administrative and secretaries in administrative Dept. (print - fax - photocopying).
- Receiving and delivering all mail of the company and preparing the needs of the mail sent.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good Computer skills; MS office. High self-confidence.
- Competencies: to have Core Competencies according to AHRAM manual of Core Competencies
- Knowledge in dealing with computers, fax, photography and others.
