Job Description
IdealRatings is expanding its Operations Team by holding an open position for “Office Manager/ HR admin” based in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Job Duties:
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Implement office systems, layouts, and supplies
- Execute office policies in correspondence with IR standards
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Retain a proper filing system
- Act as a liaison between the employees and the vendors
- Update the employees database, vacation balance and leaves.
- Manage and organize corporate events
- Uphold an updated knowledge of the Egyptian Employment Law
- Manage the process of the new hires
- Track and follow up all the resignation procedures
- Responsible for issuing all the required HR forms and letters

- Acts honestly and straightforward
- Ability to maintain a communicative environment
- Respects and maintains confidentiality of IR personnel and information
- Acts cooperatively with other teams in IR

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should be:
- Obtained Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- 0-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detailed and problem solver
- Excellent command of English
- Highly Organized
