Job Description
- Review employees’ personal files.
- Review monthly payroll and related tax and social insurance.
- Review monthly overtime.
- Review end of services calculations.
- Review sales incentives.
- Review casual worker monthly payments.
- Review all other employees benefits.
- Track all HR expenditures with supporting documents and according to company’s policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Commerce.
- From 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in the similar position in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Fluent in the English language
- High analytical skills and communication skills.
- Problem solving mentality.
- Microsoft office (Excel – PowerPoint )
