Job Description
- Responsibility to present a balanced financial report.
- Supply orders and production quantity, time and quality requirements.
- Managing all operational activities of current factory.
- Purchase order management.
- Formulation of guidelines and establishment of procedures and practices in the production, IPO, procurement and logistics.
- Production schedule management, responsibility for testing and implementation of production plans according to customer requirements
- In charge of the company's quality management
- Training local workers to work according to regulations.
- Activities with the supervisory authorities.
- Management and treatment agreements and permits the legal system.
Job Requirements
- University degree (business management degree preferred)
- Advanced degree in economics, management would be an advantage
- Experience in managing large production unit and all its employees
- Proven exp of managing P&L
- Vision, ability to plan short and long term, analyzing and making decisions independently a must
