Job Description
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
- Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Monitor and listen to social media and web for mentioned related to brand and industry.
- Escalate opportunities to appropriate department.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices. Partner with internal departments for ongoing education
- Contribute to execution of social media strategy to increase audience volume, positive engagement, and identify/nurture brand advocates.
- Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Job Requirements
