Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media and Digital Marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts and outcome.

Position:

Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist, Reporting directly to Broker Owner.

Job Description:

  • The Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist will be charged with planning and executing the company’s social media and online marketing strategy.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and posting content for multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to blogs, website listings, portal listings, video feeds and print material.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible to track and report ROI for all marketing channels.
  • Candidate must have a demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, on budget and with no errors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting and implementing marketing strategies for different marketing channels
  • Researching, creating and posting optimized content for company’s website, landing pages, facebook pages/profiles, youtube channel, linkedin, portals and blogs
  • Creating graphic and video artwork for different channels
  • Targeting potential clients on different online platforms
  • Reporting ROI for different marketing channels
  • Moderating content created by other staff members

Job Requirements

  • Excellent multitasking, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong writing skills in either Arabic or English is a must
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar position, experience in the real estate field is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year experience in building and executing facebook campaigns including content creation, setting up audience targeting, scheduling and ROI monitoring / reporting.
  • Experience in using Adobe Photoshop to create graphics for both web and print
  • Experience with creating motion graphics is a plus
  • Experience with google adwords, google analytics and SEO is a plus
