Job Description

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties including warmly greeting clients, direct them to the correct direction within the facility.
  • Booking and confirming appointments via phone and e-mail.
  • Issuing clients applications, receipts.
  • Data entry and administrative support
  • Schedule office facilities for conferences and meetings.
  • Making sure to have a valid ID from the Visitor and provide him with a company ID.

Job Requirements

  • Females only.
  • Bachelor Degree holder.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Very Good command of English is a MUST.
  • Presentably and Excellent appearance.
  • Age does not exceed than 28 years.
  • Experience in Customer Service (Preferable).
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
