Job Description
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties including warmly greeting clients, direct them to the correct direction within the facility.
- Booking and confirming appointments via phone and e-mail.
- Issuing clients applications, receipts.
- Data entry and administrative support
- Schedule office facilities for conferences and meetings.
- Making sure to have a valid ID from the Visitor and provide him with a company ID.
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very Good command of English is a MUST.
- Presentably and Excellent appearance.
- Age does not exceed than 28 years.
- Experience in Customer Service (Preferable).
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
