Job Description
- Head hunt the needed and qualified candidates.
- Dealing with the clients regarding the vacancies.
- Plan the search by identifying the Target market and business sectors.
- Profile the candidates competency mapping after matching with Planned.
- Screen and select Resume to proceed with filling the opportunity.
- Make interview with the candidates as per our clients request.
- Approach and convince the best caliber for the client opportunities.
- Follow up with the candidates and the client to the offer closing.
- Identifying the qualifications/competencies for each Search assignment required.
- Arrange with the client and candidate from receiving the request till closing the contract between them.
- Responsible for HR Consultation to Tawzef Client including (Business Plan, Salaries Surveys, Company Structure, Etc.).
- Initiating and leading human resource programs and projects.
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
- Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel.
- Assist The Business Development Team in our Job Fair to approach new clients
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years must be in (Recruitment agency)
- Bachelor degree
- Fluency in English
- Males and females
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking skills
