Job Description
Main Purpose:
- Handling all events & marketing communication
- Achieve all duties & responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements for each event
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints schedule meetings during the event
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. booth, demo units ) to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
- Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
- Coordinate event logistics
- Communicate with our partners ( AGFA, Hologic , etc) & update them about all our marketing events
- Edit and design promotional materials.
- Establish standardized event procedures and train staff into properly executing them
- Build and adhere to an event budget to avoid project overruns
- Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
- Coordinating the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns & any event
- Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
- Monitor corporate website and social media pages ( handle updates if needed ) and address clients’ queries
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
- Advertise our company and products/services on various media
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience
- Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners
- Experience in medical considered a plus
- Computer literate and fluent in utilization of Microsoft Office applications,
