Job Description
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand (after the approval of the Sales Director).
- Opening new opportunities for selling to achieve goals.
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate and monitor sales activity.
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
- collate and interpret sales figures.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenues.
- Generate sales achievement reports and present to top management.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities,
- Approaching new clients.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 3 years of experiences in the same field.
- Have a background in Real Estate.
- Very good in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
