Accounts Payable Accountant (Temp. Role)

We are currently looking for AP Accountant on a temp. basis for 3 months to be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely processing and recording of all invoices received, create entries, maintain accounting records and accurate allocation to accounts
• Making timely payments to suppliers and reconcile cash, bank accounts, and reports
• Supporting the Finance team for monthly closing of accounts
• Maintaining vendor database, payment terms, review vendor statements and handle related inquiries internally and externally
• Filing of invoices and cash receipts
• Handling other assigned related duties and responsibilities as required
