Job Description
- Manage lab activities and personnel, as well as perform various analytical activities in support of production and quality control
- Quality control testing of production samples and release of finished goods
- Provide recommendations for new raw materials based on chemical knowledge
- Development new analytical techniques and testing methods
- Maintenance of all laboratory instrumentation
- Safe operation of the Analytical Lab and improvement of the plant safety culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Chemistry is a must.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 8 years’ Analytical Lab operation experience.
- Management experience.
- An expert on chemistry and testing methods.
- Come from an industrial manufacturing environment with knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
