Job Description
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals in the airport.
- Establish and manage relations with warehouses, airlines, customs broker, hire a trusted Export & Import License for wide range different products like Fiberglass products, spare parts, steel products & electronics.
- Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by the network of courier companies and warehouses.
- Plan and arrange logistics requested shipments inside the airport.
- Support standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to the management.
- Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation in the airport.
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in similar position
- Excellent grasp of Arabic and English language
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of customs clearance
- Good understanding of airfreight procedures
- Hard worker
- Knows how to use shipping line websites to issue booking
