Job Description

  • HR Support related tasks
  • Receive all employees’ queries concerning vacations, missions, permissions and tardiness and prepare accordingly Employees Daily Movement Report.
  • Prepare Employees Vacation Requests weekly report and submit to HR Manager.
  • Draft correspondence emails to company’s candidates, to schedule interviews and provide feedbacks after interviews.
  • Handle all HR Filing, in hard and soft copies, such as CV Database filing, personnel files filing, etc…
  • Prepare and update all required reports, related to employee’s personal data, such as Medical Insurance Reports, Monthly Attendance Reports, Monthly Overtime Reports, General Employee’s information files, etc…
  • Monitor and follow-up on all employees vacation on HR system and provide comments and solutions on any irregularities noticed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law studies, English Literature. A Diploma in HR Management is a Plus.
  • 3 to 6 years of Experience in Office Management/Administration and HR functions or any related field.
  • Excellent Command of English in written & in Verbal Communication.
  • Good Command of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PPT, etc…).
  • Reliable/good at hitting deadlines; Ability to multi-task activities, with a variety of parties.
  • Initiative taker and possess a good sense of ownership to oneself work.
  • Excellent Organization Skills in terms of organizing oneself work and prioritizing according to urgency of situations.
  • Have a great sense of attention to detail and to deadlines
