Job Description
- Organizing meetings.
- Organizing company events or conferences.
- Ordering stationery.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Liaising suppliers and clients.
- Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures/office administration.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
