Job Description

  • Organizing meetings.
  • Organizing company events or conferences.
  • Ordering stationery.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Liaising suppliers and clients.
  • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures/office administration.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • 2 - 4 Years of experience
  • Familiarity with office management.
  • Customer Service background /Office management
  • Very good command of English; written and spoken.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
