Job Description
- Managing interior design department for all steps of the interior design work and supervising the object.
- Managing team of junior designers, monitoring and controlling their work.
- Meeting with the potential clients and company clients in order to understand clients needs and get all needed info to proceed.
- Responsibilities for delivering full interior design project to the client (concept designs, planning decisions, 3 d visualization, working drawings, BQ).
- Preparing and reviewing all commercial offers and contracts with clients and monitoring the deadline of delivering steps of works to avoid any penalties.
- Finalizing all steps with the client and taking his signature about closing the project.
- Supervision for the finishing process when needed.
- Selecting the furniture, materials and accessories for the project.
Job Requirements
- Awareness to 3D Max program. Photoshop-needed programs
- Adobe illustrator (Corel Draw).
- The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
- Good drawing and IT skills
- An interest in changing trends in design. Supervising of finishing.
- Creativity and imagination
- Not less than 2 years experience in interior design.
