Job Description
Solution Development and Delivery
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
Technical Effort Management
- Keeps project team well informed of status of projects and serves as liaison between the technical staff and project Architect.
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library
- Follows up the development life-cycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
- Communicates and enforces Engineering coding standards
- Performs Engineering code reviews and mentors junior team members
- Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 15 years in a design or consulting office
- Education Background: Architecture
- Experience in design is a must
- Experience in working drawings and co-ordination among other disciplines is a must
- Revit knowledge is a plus
- Certificates in engineering management is a plus
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written
