Job Description
- To ensure that all digital solutions & services' sales opportunities are fully captured and fully explored.
- Full project co-ordination from lead generation, contract negotiation and follow-up the account management activities with sales.
- Effectively meet (and exceed) sales targets..
- To provide timely response and exceptional levels of service to all inquiries.
- Manage in-life product performance: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data.
- Networking and liaison with other business units & sales.
- Understand prospects’ products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives, overall business requirements and ROI objectives.
- Respond to tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other requests for information in a timely and organized manner.
- Attend meetings with prospects as required.
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure that each client’s account manager is kept up-to-speed with all relevant details so that all clients receive a top quality, professional handover from business development to account management.
- Maintain technical knowledge and skill levels for sales with products/services.
Job Requirements
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Sc. of Technology Management and Information or B.Sc computer science.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
- Strong knowledge and experience in ECM specifically in an outsourced environment.
- Enough knowledge and experience in BPM and analytics solutions.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
