Job Description
- Assembles consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and
- Updates competitor
- Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet
- Maintains marketing library.
- Provides marketing tracking and research
- Develop, implement, assist, and participate in public relations, special events and fundraisers in the community Write and/or contribute to collateral content (including website, print, blog, and advertising)
- Contribute to our social media strategy as well as manage social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- Implement special projects as needed including e-newsletter development and capital campaign strategies, including the establishment of goals and campaign strategies
- Develop overall marketing plan for the Academy in Coordination with the BD Manager
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings )
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Produce creative content & Prepare promotional presentations ( Including Info graphs and Videos)
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases ) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Create awareness of and develop the brand that ATE is marketing
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programs )
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Business Preferable Major (Marketing ); or relevant field is a strong advantage (AUC, GUC, BUE or MIU graduates are highly recommended),
- Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Informing Others, Written Communication, Organization, Statistical Analysis, Data Entry Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Self-Development
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal,
- Required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Internet and social media is a must.
- Motivated, outgoing and detailed-oriented personality
