About the Job

• Under general direction of the Manager, will develop quality, enterprise-class mobile applications and innovative solutions that address business needs.
• In addition to daily project work, adding to the collective knowledge and capabilities of the team through the exploitation of new technologies and development approaches and the free sharing of ideas within the team

Duties and responsibilities

Help Globalmedia Team in the following Tasks:

• Builds innovative, exceptional and well-engineered mobile applications with intuitive, well-designed user interfaces that satisfy and delight both internal users and external customers
• Participates in all aspects of the software development process as required, including analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment and support
• Excels in translating business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed solutions
• Maintains technical ownership of projects, provides troubleshooting and support as required
• Learns new models, techniques, and technologies as they emerge, integrating knowledge from multiple sources to bring new solutions to business problems
• Disseminates knowledge to rest of team as appropriate
• Assists in defining processes, procedures, tools and standards for the Mobile Delivery Team
• Leads and mentors other team members in general software development principles as well as specific technologies
• Contributes to the achievement of Globalmedia goals and objectives
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in mobile applications
• Managing the redesign of the company mobile applications
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company mobile applications
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
