Job Description
A highly experienced Training manager to be responsible to execute the organization's training strategy.
Responsibility
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Training section
- Organize and oversee the training methods
- Modify or create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing growth
- Tailor training programs as necessary
Job Requirements
- BSc. or Master degree in education or relevant field
- Familiarity with IT industry is a must
- Proven work experience as a training manager in a reputable training company is a must
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations)
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing for reports and training manuals
- Excellent computer, English, and database skills
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
