Job Description
- Receives, assesses and addresses all customers inquiries and complaints received directly or from Call Center; Call-back customers, collect relevant information and direct to the relevant department
- Assists customers within the company’s premises
- Handles data entry and data extraction from the CRM system
- Reports to the Sales Operations Supervisor periodically (Daily; weekly; etc.)
Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Postgraduate education (Languages; Humanities, Marketing, Communication, Management; etc.), preferably from AUC, GUC, MIU, BUE, MSA
- Graduate from international schools (American Diploma, IG)
EXPERIENCE:
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Customer Relations or Call Center
- Previous experience in a real estate environment is a Plus
COMPETENCIES:
- Articulate; Proficient spoken language skills in both English and Arabic is a Must
- Presentable, people-oriented, with strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Patient; Ability to manage customer complaints and handle the pressure
- Good practice of MS Word (both English and Arabic); Practice of CRM systems is a Plus
