Job Description
FOR URGENT HIRING
The candidate is required to perform the following tasks:
- Responsible for the accounting and financial management of the company, and this may include payroll, commissions, accounts payable and managing clients' portfolios.
- Manage bank accounts and other assets, ensure compliance with regulations and complete other financial management tasks and functions.
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure
- Supervising staff
- Following-up with the auditing firm
Working hours: from Saturday to Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience in the Real Estate field is a MUST.
- Leadership Skills is a MUST.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills are preferred.
- Car owners are preferred.
- Hard Worker.
