Solaimaneyah Golf City search for office manager for chief executive officer

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
  • File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
