Job Description
- Helping to manage the handover activities for major projects through the project life cycle, so that deliverables are produced to safety, time, cost and quality criteria to meet the project requirements.
- Helping to coordinate with site engineers and contractors to meet the customer requirements.
- Reviewing construction performance to ensure the early identification of variances and corrective action.
- To manage and co-ordinate project handover processes and ensure that all appropriate documentary evidence is provided.
- Delivery all units at the highest level of quality and attention to customer satisfaction and implementation of the applications agreed in the contract concluded
- Prepare and check snag list for unit's finishing and other works to meet client's expectations and project quality required.
- Ensure appropriate handover records are maintained.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Architectural Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in the field of construction.
