Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the management plan.
- Produce schedules for everyday activities
- Make researches and develops the solutions by collecting and analyzing data
- Assign responsibilities to the right people for special tasks
- Coordinate teams of workers for large-scale actions
- Follow up work progress and communicate frequently with workers
- Arrange for appropriate training when needed.
- Write and submit a reports to the administration.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as assistant operations director or similar position
- Perfect ability to communicate (as Natives) in English language, German or French: the second language is strongly filtered.
