Job Description
- Prepare classroom activities that match the type and model of curriculum.
- Teach classes of adult learners using the unique teaching style deployed at the Academy.
- Attend all training sessions.
- Prepare reports on progression.
- Deliver placement tests if and where required.
- Manage classrooms to produce a conducive environment for active learning.
- Monitor student performance, attendance and activities.
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Investigate and understand causes for student absences.
- Develop the language aptitude for the students as they navigate through the various levels.
- Resolving Conflicts where they arise and Negotiating with Others - Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
- Assisting others
- Providing personal assistance, customers, or patients.
- Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge

Job Requirements
We are looking to hire English instructors with innovative ideas and creative teaching methods.
- Individuals who are aware of the learning process techniques and how to implement it or ready to learn it and commit to our approach in teaching & training.
- 6 months experience as a minimum in teaching & training adults.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experience in Lesson plan preparation is preferable.
- Advanced leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player
- Presentable
- At least average knowledge with MS Powerpoint.
