Job Description
- Establish the final policies and procedures after receiving draft ones from senior consultant.
- Perform online macro and micro environmental scanning for projects.
- Create related brochures, presentation and training materials in different management fields.
- Take responsibility for identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings to senior consultant.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in strategy & quality assurance fields
- Knowledge in the following areas:
- ISO 9001:2015
- Process mapping
- Policies and procedures writing
- Strategy management
- Strategic planning
- Balanced score cards (BSC)
- Data analysis using (PESTEL, 5 forces, Value chain & SWOT)
- Report writing
- Experience and skills on working within a distance environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information.
- Strong analytical and technical skills and the demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in distance in full cooperation with senior consultants.
- Research experience is highly preferred.
- An undergraduate degree from a reputable university in business, economics, engineering or related filedwith outstanding academic record.
- Mastering MS office related tools (Word, Excel, Power point, MS project & Visio).
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English is MUST.
