Job Description

  • Establish the final policies and procedures after receiving draft ones from senior consultant.
  • Perform online macro and micro environmental scanning for projects.
  • Create related brochures, presentation and training materials in different management fields.
  • Take responsibility for identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings to senior consultant.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in strategy & quality assurance fields
  • Knowledge in the following areas:
  1. ISO 9001:2015
  2. Process mapping
  3. Policies and procedures writing
  4. Strategy management
  5. Strategic planning
  6. Balanced score cards (BSC)
  7. Data analysis using (PESTEL, 5 forces, Value chain & SWOT)
  8. Report writing
  • Experience and skills on working within a distance environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills and the demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in distance in full cooperation with senior consultants.
  • Research experience is highly preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree from a reputable university in business, economics, engineering or related filedwith outstanding academic record.
  • Mastering MS office related tools (Word, Excel, Power point, MS project & Visio).
  • Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English is MUST.
