Job Description
- Good technical background in a hosted services environment including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications
- Proven ability to work in a cloud based or hosting environment
- Good knowledge of security as it relates to cloud based infrastructure
- Able to gather relevant information systematically to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good attention to detail, testing and documentation
- Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
- Solid Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory
- Good Experience in Microsoft exchange & Hyper-V
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with third party service providers and vendors
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Job Requirements
Required Skills/Certifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer/Communication Engineering or equivalent
- From 1-3 relevant Experience
- MCITP/ MCSE Certificate is Must
- ITIL Foundation is Preferred
- Linux Certificate is preferred
- Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies like (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Fileserver, Exchange, Hyper-v, etc.)
