Job Description
- Must have their own database of high net worth Individuals
- Making appointments to meet new customers.
- Understanding your customers’ needs.
- Making presentations to promote the company products
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments.
- Watching your competitors and the products they are offering.
- Going to conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends.
- Reporting sales trends to your employer
- Prepare quarterly sales plan & forecast in coordination with marketing budget
- Achieve company sales targets set by the General Manager
- Monitor and ensure completion of daily sales reports
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in Real Estate sales/ developers in Egypt
- Minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager
- Strong command in Arabic & English language
- MS Office Efficient
- The ability to sell
- The ability to handle customers efficiently
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Capability to grow in a competitive environment
