Job Description

  • Manage and moderate the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, Facebook comments, etc.).
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
  • Create relevant strategy, plan and content to reach the audience.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
  • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
  • Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
  • Implement a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews.
  • Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs.
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Job Requirements

  • B.SC. social media, business administration, B.A. arts, B.A. ALSUN & other
  • Very Good English is a must
  • Excellent English and Arabic typing
  • Excellent computer skills & excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Experience from 3-5 Years in office organization
  • Fast, self-motivated, and organized
