Job Description
Packhouse Manager - Located in Luxor ( Financially / Management Operation )
- Supervise ( IT , Warehouse , Training , Customer Services ) Departments .
- Ensure Proper Implementation of Budgeting & Planning .
During harvest - Manage the packhouse staff teams
- Liaise with Quality Manager to investigate customer complaints and organize corrective actions
- Monitor risks to fruits & Vegetables safety and workplace health, safety & welfare and take appropriate actions
- Ensure compliance with certified quality systems and customer approved supplier programs
- Ensure compliance with domestic and export market access protocols.
- Maintain the Packhouse Quality Management system and the records management system
- Audit company sites and systems to ensure compliance with various standards
- Review operational performance of pack-houses and implement continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree related Industry ( Business , Finance )
- Should have Strong Financial Background .
- Experience ( 10-15 ) years in Management .
- Luxor Resident is Preferable
- Excellent English Language
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Good Knowledge of Agriculture Sector Industry .
