Main Duties:
- Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
- Receive, direct and reply e-mails, telephone messages and fax messages
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
Working Conditions:
- Working Days are from Saturday till Thursday.
Job Requirements
Personal Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English is a must
- Very good command of Microsoft office
- Good oral and written communication skills

Education:
- Bachelor Degree.
