Job Description
Our client is a remarkable wooden furniture manufacturer
Human Resource Manager Scope of work:
- Link between management and employees through participating and communicating strategic direction and resolve work-related issues
- Perform difficult HR duties, including workforce planning, labor relations, total rewards, training and development
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's managerial practices
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
- Analyze and modify policies to establish competitive work environment, advise managers on organizational policy matters, and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
- Plan and conduct new Human Resource Development initiatives to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Job Requirements
Academic Qualification:
- HR Professional Certificate
- Preferred to have advanced studies in Human Resource management
Practical Experience:
- At Least 8 - 12 years of practical experience
Salary Range:
- Net Monthly Salary (12,000 L.E. - 15,000 L.E.) with no other benefits
