Job Description
- Generates architectural design based on given brief.
- Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design using computer assisted design software for client review and approval.
- Prepares scale construction drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
- Prepares operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
- Prepares project tender package and construction documents.
- coordination with other engineering disciplines
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience in working drawing
- Revit is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering (GUC – AUC are preferable)
- Strong computer skills, including Auto CAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
- Ability and interest in performing work in the field
- Very good English
- Ability to work under pressure and stay extra works if needed.
