Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible along with the tenders & Communication manager with all tasks pertaining Raya’s tendering process & corporate marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tender process internally with relevant stakeholders and externally with the client.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
- Undergo all marketing activities related to the company including but not limiting to:
- Raya CC conference & Events
- Website management
- Digital marketing
- Search Engine Optimization
- Corporate branding
- Publications productions
- Market & Industry Research
- Perform other related duties

- Arabic is mandatory
- Advanced English is mandatory
- Another Language is a plus
