Job Description

  • Meet with human resources manager to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs, available positions within the firm, position descriptions and sourcing strategies. 
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as screen resume & phone screens, recommend final selection of applicants and qualified candidates.
  • Place and update all job postings in various channels. 
  • Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
  • Respond timely to applicant requests as required. 
  • Continuously develop networks to actively build database/pipeline of candidates. 
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
  • Fluency in English with excellent writing skills.
  • Strong time management skills, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to function effectively in a busy, detailed-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred.
