Job Description
- Be responsible for a set of EMS customers and partners through the onboarding technical process.
- Manage customer and partner onboarding programs within expected timeframes while continually driving increased effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the customer throughout the onboarding phase, while promoting a relationship based on trust and commitment.
- Share knowledge with others through solution documents and engage in technical communities.
- Identify and drive technical improvements to the services or processes that will materially improve the quality of the services provided.
- Contribute to the team development by delivering training and mentoring.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring and administering a cloud-based MDM solution, ideally Intune or SCCM
- Experience of working with different identity solutions including AD, Azure AD or or any other third party identity solution
- Knowledge of Multi Factor authentication
- Experience with non-Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions is a plus.
- Any Azure certification is considered a plus
