Job Description
The Purpose of this Job is to achieve"Customer Fulfillment" through;
- Managing the end-to-end process of solutions delivery and implementation.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure the contracts and SLAs are achievable and to guarantee meeting and exceeding the contract commitments.
- Regular meetings and communications with the customers to ensure full alignment and proper expectation setting.
- Working closely with the different internal functions that contribute to the solution delivery process such as production, quality, logistics and finance to streamline deliveries and meet the highest industry standards.
- Help the Sales Team to meet stretch revenue objectives through securing seamless and on time delivery process, eliminate delivery issues and maximize customer intimacy.
- Establish close relationship with the customers to improve their overall experience with the Company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science/Electronics & Communications, but (Business Admin, Finance graduates are welcome to apply)
- 4+ years of related experience. Project Management experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in ICT/ePayment solutions delivery or high-tech products delivery is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and find unconventional solutions to customer challenges.
- Fluency in the English language communications (written and spoken).
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to introduce unconventional solutions to customer challenges.
- Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets and deadlines.
