Job Description
- Manage the day to day operations of the recruitment team,
- Working with Line Managers on fulfilling recruitment campaigns Handle of the recruitment process including international sourcing, interviewing and offer management Prepare shortlist for a variety of roles at all levels
- Interact with key stakeholders, balancing priorities for urgent roles and time pressured project campaigns
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies Manage documentation for visa applications, references and mobility
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the company.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3 years at least of professional experience in similar position.
Knowledge of:
- Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment& selection
- Communication techniques and methods
- English language Fluency
- Selection methodologies and employee filtration techniques
- Selection tests
- Local and international recruitment resources
