Job Description
- Setting annual targets and objectives for the business unit and meet theses targets with the BU teams.
- Create and implement Business unit development and objectives for short and long terms.
- Prepare, discuss, implement, and control the annual budget and expendetures.
- Marketing for the product in the local and international markets
- Gathering all data about the markets requirements and needs with acting to apply and meet them.
- Reduce the cost of the product with ensuring its high quality.
- Increase the production rates and market share.
- Participate with all other departments through teams to improve the quality, system, price and delivery time and to apply continual improvement methodologies in the group.
- Develop production line with applying the lean manufacturing concepts.
- Ensure that all company roles, systems, culture, QHSE, and instructions applied by all his business unit employees.
- Getting the approval from authorized local and international entities for the product with ensuring that all international standard has been covered in the product.
- Deliver the customers high quality products on time.
- Ensure the Following of filing and archiving system.
Job Requirements
- Degree of Engineering
- Diploma in marketing, management, or technical
- Master of business administration is preferred.
- 12 years of Experience in Sales, production or technical positions
- At least 5 years in an industrial business
