Job Description
Branches Performance:
- Training all the branch managers in the terms of the hospitality ,handling a client in case of a problem , how to upsell and increasing the ticket size of the client and putting a clear career path for the managers
- Recruitment of the sales persons to give the loyalty and a clear career path to decrease the turnover rate.
- Whole new paper work of the branch and between the branch and the factory according to our ERP system
- Accounting of each branch so the branch manager can make his own P&L of his branch and to be responsible of (the percentage of the rebounds and the consumption of the packing etc...)
- Market research for each branch to be made monthly to see where are we from in terms of (price, quality, number of transactions in nearby competitor’s branches) and how we can compete
- Full support in any vacancies in the branches
- Being able to close deals in renting a new branch with a fair market price
- Assistant in the pricing of the products
- Assistant in putting the targets of every branch and being able to achieve them
Industry performance:
- Monitoring our factory in terms of timing and quality so the production can be made in a clock like process
- Meeting with our production manager and executive chef to innovate in new products and to correct any problems in our old products
- Meeting with our distribution manager to assure full accuracy in the timing of the products and the packaging arrival in the branches
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience 3-5 years in the same industry
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
