Job Description
- Physical check the devices upon entry from customer care and check for any variations from system.
- Check required data while entering the device that the claim depends on.
- Complete defect diagnose according to vendor diagnose flow chart & tests.
- Checking the device’s cosmetics condition after receiving from technician.
- Performing provided tests from vendor to check device’s failure.
- Register all QC actions & comments on system.
- Make sure that all required data from technicians is entered in its designated fields.
- Make sure all test results are reflected correctly on vendors’ systems.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Experience from 0-2 in smart phones maintenance
- Very Good English
- Cairo and Giza residents only
