Job Description
- Manage multiple projects throughout various stages of the life cycle.
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, deliverables such as, project charter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule.
- Apply consistent project management approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements.
- Track and manage all project related issues and plan for issues resolution and track them till closure.
- Deliver project outputs in accordance with project plans, costs & to customer expectations.
- Define project deliverables and ensure completion of deliverables on time.
- Gather, create and distribute project information to all stakeholders and project team members.
- Primary point of contact to manage customer expectations and communication (including timetabled and ad hoc meetings) to ensure that the customer is informed on the project status and obtain customer approval and sign off on all major deliverables.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in managing & delivering large and complex ERP implementations projects using formal project management methodology, techniques and tools (A minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations).
- Experience with senior stakeholder engagement.
- PMP certification or similar is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft project.

- Excellent presentation and strong organizational skills.
