Job Description

We are looking for a responsible "Admin Assistant & Sales Rep." to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Duties include:

  • Providing support to managers & employees
  • Assisting in daily office needs
  • Finding new sales' leads through business directories and client referrals
  • Working with clients to find solutions for what they want
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Managing the company's general administrative activities
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
